CFID(Concern for Integrated Development) is dedicated to empowering women, advancing education, improving water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), promoting environmental health, reducing poverty, strengthening peace and conflict resolution, and supporting communities affected by emergencies and climate-related challenges. We work alongside communities to create sustainable solutions that foster dignity, resilience, equality, and lasting development.
Our work is rooted in the belief that strong communities are built when people have access to clean water, quality education, good health, peaceful coexistence, and sustainable opportunities for growth. We partner with communities to create lasting solutions that empower women, strengthen families, protect the environment, and uplift lives.
From Women’s Empowerment, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Environmental Health, and Education, to Conflict Resolution, Peacebuilding, and Poverty Reduction, our programs are designed to address both immediate needs and long-term development challenges. We also respond to emergencies and climate-related crises, helping vulnerable communities build resilience in the face of droughts, floods, displacement, and other humanitarian challenges.

Empowerment and Protection of Women and Girls
One Step at a Time
Our NGO is committed to ending the harmful practice of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), a violation of human rights that robs girls of their health, dignity, and future. Through community education, awareness campaigns, and safe spaces for dialogue, we are breaking the silence around FGM and replacing fear with knowledge. We work hand-in-hand with families, local leaders, and survivors to shift harmful traditions toward practices that honor and protect women and girls. Each child spared from this practice is not just a victory for her alone but a triumph for the entire community — a step closer to a society where girls grow up free, healthy, and empowered to pursue their dreams without fear. Our mission is clear: to eradicate FGM and build a future where every girl’s body is respected, her rights upheld, and her potential limitless.

Education is not a privilege; it is a right. Yet, for countless children in our community, that right felt unreachable. Our NGO stepped in with a simple but powerful mission — to break the cycle of poverty by opening the doors of learning to those who could not afford it. Today, because of the tireless work of our team and the generosity of donors, children who once faced hopelessness are now thriving in classrooms, chasing dreams that once seemed impossible. The impact goes beyond individual students — families are lifted, communities grow stronger, and society is enriched with educated, empowered young people ready to give back. This is not charity; this is transformation. Together, we are proving that when a community unites around education, the future becomes brighter for everyone.
